Registration Deadline is Thursday, March 2, 2023 at NOON MST.

25K and 50K RACE FEES

$75 through January 15, 2023

$85 through February 19, 2023

$95 until March 2, 2023 NOON

10K RACE FEES

$50 through February 19, 2023

$65 until March 2, 2023 NOON

2K and 5K KIDS' RACE FEES

$25 through February 19, 2023

$40 until March 2, 2023 NOON

Registration closes at Noon MST on Thursday, March 2, 2023.

Gifts for kids races (2K & 5K) not included in race fee.  You may purchase a child's gift for an additional cost.

The race will be limited to the first one thousand participants registered. The entry fee includes participation in the race, Rendezvous ski trail pass for Friday, March 3, 2022, bail-out shuttles along the course, aid stations, finish area food and refreshments as well as race souvenirs and promotional materials. 

Refund and Cancellation Policy:  There will be no refunds on registration for any reason, including race cancellation.

Wave Seeding

If you wish to be seeded by wave for the 50k or 25k freestyle races please read: Wave seeding is based on your time in the 2020 or 2022 Rendezvous Race or other ASMS races, and you must email your request to be seeded to race_secretary@skirunbikemt.com. Burden of proof is the racer's responsibility.  If the time is from an ASMS race other than the Rendezvous Race, please EMAIL those times and information about the race (must be similar length to your registered event). Email race_secretary@skirunbikemt.com with questions or previous race results.
