The West Yellowstone Ski Education Foundation is Hosting an Intermountain JNQ
Saturday, January 29 & Sunday, January 30, 2022.
All Races Held at the Rendezvous Ski Trails in West Yellowstone, MT.
The Stadium for all races is approximately 1.5 km from the Trailhead. Please give yourself plenty of time to ski to the start area each day.

Registration Information:
Early Registration Closes at 12:00 pm on Monday, January 24, 2022
Late Registration ($10 late fee per person, per race) from 12:00 pm on Monday, January 24, 2022 to 12:00 pm on Wednesday, January 26, 2022.
NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 12:00 pm ON Wednesday, JANUARY 26, 2022.
There will be a $30 trail fee for racers and coaches. This $30 fee covers trail passes for racers and coaches on Friday, January 28, Saturday, January 29, and Sunday, January 30. Coaches and racers that have paid for their trail passes on the registration form will be on a paid list that will be given to the Forest Service (the agency who enforces trail pass compliance). Others can purchase passes at the trailhead using the Forest Service fee tube 24 hours a day.

10:00 am - 2:00 pm - Pre Race Check-In at Rendezvous Trailhead Building (bring registration paperwork and payment)
4:45 pm - Team Check-In: West Yellowstone Chamber of Commerce, 30 Yellowstone Ave (for those who did not check-in at the trailhead)
Please note our staff will be busy prepping for the Team Leaders Meeting after 5:00 pm and may not have time to check teams in until after bib pick up. Please arrive by 4:45 pm if you need to check in.
5:15 pm - Team Leaders Meeting: Friday 5:15 via zoom. link will be sent
6:00 pm - COURSE CLOSED FOR GROOMING. NO NIGHT SKIING ALLOWED!
There will be shuttle service starting Friday afternoon available for team gear. Please consider leaving larger items at the stadium to lesson the shuttles needed Saturday and Sunday morning. Please be patient on Sunday as we shuttle your gear back to the trailhead. More information on shuttle service to come.

Shuttles:
There will be shuttle service available for team gear at 5:00 pm on Friday evening. Please leave gear that can be brought out early in the large yellow toboggan.
Shuttles for gear and will began at 6:30 am both Saturday and Sunday and run back and forth throughout the. Non-skiing spectators will also need a trail pass. Please consider leaving larger items at the stadium to lesson the shuttles needed Saturday and Sunday morning. Please be patient on Sunday as we shuttle your gear back to the trailhead. Shuttles for non-skiing spectators are reserved those who are not capable of walking out.
Athlete Waivers:
The WYSEF Waiver is available to sign online. You can find the waiver HERE or click the orange button at the top of this page. ALL athletes must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver. Coaches are not allowed to sign waivers for athletes. Athletes won't be allowed to compete if they do not have a waiver signed.
USSA Memberships:
USSA membership is required for all participants of this event. Athletes missing their USSA number or not current will not be eligible to race. It is the athlete's and coach's responsibility to make sure all USSA numbers are current. U20 athletes must have USSA Competitors License and have completed SafeSport Training. All others must have a USSA Competitors License or USSA General License. No points will be given to athletes with USSA General Licenses.

- All coaches are asked to Pre Check-In at the Rendezvous Trailhead Building on Friday, January 28, 2022 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Please bring your registration papers and payment. You will be able to check your entries at this time. No additions will be allowed. Scratches are allowed, but no refunds will be issued. This will help to keep the Team Leaders Meeting as short as possible.
- All skiers including racers, coaches & spectators need trail passes. See trail pass information above.
- IMD wax protocols will be in effect. See protocols HERE.

Sunday's Race Courses are as follows: Orange for U10, Red for U12, Yellow for U14, Blue for U16, U18/U20
